Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Tennessee

- - in -, Tn turned over a $480.00 debt to Fox Collection in -, Tn. - - made a mistake when they did this b/c I 'd got a - program at - - - in - to pay for that hospital visit. When I pointed this out to - - they cancelled the remaining balance on my account. Fox Collection reports a zero balance on the debt but they have told - - and me as well. That they can not remove that negative account from my credit reports. Which we all know is false. Collection Agencies contact credit bureaus everyday and inform them they would like for accounts to be removed that were settled, cancelled and/or paid off.
