My purse was stolen and my identity has been used in so many ways. Many accounts have been open in my name still to this day and I have been contacting companies and disputing with the companies and the credit bureau for over - years. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft April 16, 2015 - On - -, 2015, I was alerted by all - major credit bureaus about a collection agency on my credit report about a balance in the amount of - from the company ICSysytems, I contacted the company and the company had an address that I never knew about. I told the rep that I know nothing about this account. So the rep gave me a number to call, and when I called that number which was -, I stayed on hold for - minutes and the next time I called on the same day, the call drop.
