I owed - a debt of - dollars which I have been paying. A " collection agency '' called IC Systems has been sending me letters to pay the remaining balance. I thought it was a legitimate collection agency. I paid them - dollars with my debit card. Little did I know ... Two days later, I had charges of over - dollars on my checking account. Someone was using my card in -. I live in -. When I did digging, I found out that this collection agency was fake. Using a fake address in -, they currently operating in -, -. I have found that many other are falling victim the way I am.
