I received a call from IC System Stateing I owe a Debt of - to - - hospital. The rep Had a Incorect Address along with stating they Went to my Company Website to get my Phone Number. The Collection Rep changed my Address on the Contract they she claim I owe. When I told her I had Idenity theft she told me They will put this on my credit report come - -. I then called - and wrote - Letters with supporting Documents and they never Responded. I Do n't like the fact that the collection Agency change the address from where the fraud happen. I do n't even have a pet. - and the collection agency refuse to even mail a Affidavit for me to sign or dispute the issue.
