Tow truck driver acted on behalf of Susquehanna by advising me of an incorrect amount I needed to pay to get my car back. Tow truck driver acted on behalf of Susquehanna by telling me he could not leave property without taking car. Susquehanna violated their own policy by repossessing car after only - payments missed. Susquehanna Bank false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount April 13, 2015 - - - - - has sued - - for purported damages to a leased vehicle that either do not exist or were inflated.
