A loan was opened to purchase an - on installments thru - .
finances the phones via Citizens One. Order # - was placed on -/-/- with - . Due to issues activating the phone on - - I cancelled the order and - issued a full refund on -/-/- . Citizens One op ened an installment loan for the purchase amount. Loan # - and began billing my credit card for monthly installments. I was bill ed 3 consecutive months for a phone that was already fully refunded back in - . I was able to have payments stopped the end of - and hav e Citizens One iss ue a refund for payments made. At this time I was ensured that the account was closed. On - - I received a final notice from Citizens One tha t the above mentioned loan is delinquent and will be closed for non payment. And my file would be reported to the credit bureaus and collection was to be made. I called Citizens One on -/-/- . Spoke with rep who told me I would receive confirmation within 48 hours. Nothing happened. On - I called and spoke with Floor Supervisor - who insured me she personally will resolve the issue with their escalations department withi n 24 hours. She gave me a claim # - as reference. After 5 days again nothing happened. I called again on - and spoke with - who again said escalation is working on it and I would hear back i n 3-5 busine ss days. Again the Time has elapsed and nothing. I would like this resolved as I do not owe Citizens One any money and do not wish my credit to be negatively affected by this situation.
