BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New Jersey

my original bank was bought out by -, no problems, Then BB & T bought out -, Then the problems started, my original contract on my Line of credit overdraft protection, both other banks honered my original contract, If i over drew I would pay no fees, id pay back $50.00 plus a few dollars interest, BB & T is chargeing me $3600.00 dollars everytime, sometimes $ -.I was never told this or was given any paperwork stateing such fees would be charged or incurred. I am a - on fixed income, They have made my credit line max out from these fees, so now they are running up take started out as $35000.00 missing out of my account, each month, Then it went up to $750.00 missing out of my account, it is having a snow ball effect on my income. I cant afford my Morgage threw - second morgage threw BB & T, in which that Home Equity was taken out in 2006 with the Original bank -, Now I cant afford Food, I am going to loose my car, My home, and


This is illegal practices and - Abuse, I am asking you for your help in rectifing this matter, I am asking you to have them put ever fee they have charged me since they took over my bank from day one to present, If not I will be taking legal action against them and you if need be, Until all those fees are put back in my bank account, You are here for the consumer from fraudulent practices, and are paid by me and many taxpayers, we the consumer and the tax payers bailed the banks out for issueing undocumented loans fraudulant activities to begin with, now this is another scam by the banking industry to become predators against those same taxpayers that bailed them out, If I have to Right my Mayor, my congressman my senators and my President Donald J.
