The loan was sold by - to Discover, ever since Discover has canceled my autopay eight times, set autopay up to the incorrect checking account three times, input the incorrect addresses ten times, and now has increased my payment amount with no notification and will not change the amount that my autopay is for regardless of four attempts to have it changed. They instead are sending me late notices for $5.00, imposing late fees, and reporting late payment to the credit bureaus. In my opinion they are committing fraud by refusing to change my autopay amount to the correct amount and instead trying to collect fees. There is no way for me to change the amount myself, it is something they need to do.
