I am writing to dispute the following information in my credit file status. Loan Care Servicing Center a mortgage company reported the sale of the property as a Foreclosure which it was definitely not. It was an Agreed Settlement ( account paid in full or less than the full balance ) to prevent/avoid foreclosure. I am requesting removal of inaccurate information/description reference foreclosure in status remarks on credit report.
