Conventional fixed mortgage Credit decision / Underwriting Pennsylvania
Shellpoint has denied my request to modify my mortgage claiming non receipt of requested documents, and also responded to a previous complaint to cfpb that I did not supply docs. Not true, all faxed and mailed multiple times. I refaxed and mailed - pages yesterday again!. Included were multiple letters from them acknowledging receip of requested docs
