Pentagon FCU Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Virginia

A stop payment was requested back in - 2016. The request was never removed. Several occasions, items were presented against the account, no funds were in the account. Thus resulting in non sufficient fees ( NSF 's ). Several times, I spoke to managers in the customer service to get credit for the fee being assessed. In two occasions, they were reverted. However, other times they were not. I was told that they had to go through a different process to get " approved ''. This never happened. Eventhough, I still have this account. There has been attempts to withdraw funds from FACTS Management causing continuous NSF 's. Would like someone to take a look on how this agency is refusing to secure an account. Also, marginalizing the poor ( or at a lower class level ) to benefit the wealthy.
