Review and analysis of over 4 complaints against Pentagon FCU
Pentagon FCU consumers have reported over 4 official complaints related to Problems caused by my funds being low. Out of the 4 consumer complaints against Pentagon FCU, 25% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Pentagon FCU responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 75% of consumer complaints against Pentagon FCU resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 0% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

Pentagon FCU Bank account or service problems caused by my funds being low January 17, 2017 - In -/-/-, opened share savings account and given membership number -, and in -/-/-, opened limited checking account. Someone hacked into my - account and attempted to make purchases with my registered accounts in the - system. With very limited funds in the mentioned accounts, of course, PenFed rejected these debits from the account. However, after multiple attempts/returns to the account, this Credit Union has assessed at least $700.00 in bank fees. Pentagon FCU Bank account or service problems caused by my funds being low September 15, 2016 - A stop payment was requested back in - 2016. The request was never removed. Several occasions, items were presented against the account, no funds were in the account. Thus resulting in non sufficient fees ( NSF 's ). Several times, I spoke to managers in the customer service to get credit for the fee being assessed. In two occasions, they were reverted. However, other times they were not.
