BB&T Financial Consumer Loan department,

Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Virginia

Needed a replacement title for a - Ford Taurus. Did not know had lien from BB & T and paid agreed amount on -/-/-. Was informed 7-10 business days to get title..Went back to BB & t on -/-/- and found out out was n't posted until -/-/- and would be another 7-10 days. on -/-/- inquired again of status an informed title on its way. Went to branch on -/-/- and was informed by corporate headquarters it it was just being released today and another 7-10 business day and once whatever that department that is will go to another department and another 7-10 days. Its looking like -/-/- now until I receive title and I wonder if that 's true until I go into the branch again. They 'll tell me again -/-/- business days. Very frustrating and punishing
