Discover Credit card department,
been with discover 20 plus years good customer i have no doubt they will respond with a script. they have putnotes on all my accounts essentially disbaling me from getting any help on any of them or interest refunds. Racial profiling of sorts. i will not put up with it. i tried to see if apayment was scheduled on - and to handle the ending offer. so i can avoid interest. i called at - friday -/-/- was told to be transferred to - that i could get no help in CS cust service. that is not a way to treat anyone. i cant do business here, wont. but i certainly wont go without knowing if a payment is scheduled or how i can avoid itnerest next weeki will not put up with this. will not. i have no answers. but am being discimrinated against. no customer should have to only deal with one person for issues. not sure who why or when people put notes on my accounts i want them. asap. i was told by one supervisor he would remove them but they are there. so i am done with disocver and just want to know how i can avoid itnerest on - and if a payment was shceduled if i get a late response i will pay nothing. how DARE you treat me this way? - -. if you dont like that i ask for interest bar me from using them. this is no way to treat anyone. no other bank has before. In fact i have reported this conduct here.
