On -/-/16 i was charged an overdraft fee of $36.00, not once was i notified of being over drawn so i had no chance to correct my banking mishap before being charged justly. Called into their - BB & T support line - after speaking with the rep was told i was given a reversal short of right after BB & T took over Susquehanna bank and they can not reverse the fee as its policy they only credit it back once per customer. The fault is mine for the money not being there the fee is their fault for not properly notifying me as the consumer to get the issue resolved ... it could have been days before noticing my account was overdrawn which for them would be a sweet $36.00 a day still not notifying the customer of such issue. Spoke to the supervisor who refused to reverse it as a supervisor still has no rights to credit it back manager etc so policy 's jacked. Supervisor advised i am correctly signed up for all email and text alerts and that tech team will call the following day to troubleshoot the issue with alerts, the following day got


then told me that they lied and i was not set up for text alerts. - department to another they can not get their answers straight as they are at fault and still refuse to credit back the fee in their negligence to notify me properly. Then also i found out tonight they charge customers a fee of $2.00 per call after your first - calls in the billing cycle not once was i advised of such fee and then again unjustified have been charged without a word edge wise to prevent such fees. This needs to be corrected and they need to get straightened out as they are making a killing robbing from their consumers.
