Discover Credit card department,
As part of the agreement I entered into with Discover for a credit card, I was offered an additional incentive where they would credit my account with additional cashback rewards at the end of my first year. Once the first year came to an end I called Discover to confirm that those rewards were coming my way, and also to verify the amount. This is the transcription of the video recording I took during that phone call. - : I wanted to just confirm one more time on the last thing we talked about, you said that all of the cashback I got from the last year was about $350.00, and then in a month or two I 'll get double that credited to my account?
- : Okay, great, just confirming one more time, thank you. Discover : You 're welcome sir, have a wonderful evening. END As of today, -/-/2016, my end of year cashback rewards have populated on my account, but not in the full amount explained to me over the phone. The amount they credited was $360.00, this would be the amount referenced in the above dialogue that should have been doubled, but was not.
