On my credit report I have - marks that say I was over 120 days late. This is incorrect. The dates were -/-/- -/-/- and -/-/-/-/-/-. These are my children - and - 's private student loans that I co-signed. At the time neither I or my children could pay the $2800.00 per month that they insisted we pay. After 3 months of negotiations with Navient we were given an income repayment plan for one year. During those 3 months we paid $100.00 to each loan every month, which is what we could afford. Navient posted on mine and my children 's credit report that the payments were not paid at all and were 120 days late. This has drastically changed my otherwise perfect credit report. These errors need to be rectified as soon as possible. Attached please find Navient 's own account summaries showing corresponding dates and payments made during this period.
