I am a cosigner on a private loan for my nephew with navient. My nephew has a job and has made all payments on the loan. The amount is low enough for him to qualify without a cosigner and he has completed the process to remove me from the loan twice now with a confirmation message from navient. However ; I am still receiving reminder messages for payment due and change of their mailing address. When I call to inquire I am either put on hold or disconnected. On - -, I spent almost one hour with - different staff and was never forwarded to a supervisor as requested. Instead I was placed on hold and was disconnected at - without notice. On - -. I called back and spoke with - ( - ) who forwarded the call to - ( - ) a " supervisor '' who answered after 10 more minutes and than placed me on hold for - more without any result. On - - I called at - left a message for a call back. Received a call at - and was placed on hold at -. At - I spoke with - ( - ) was placed on hold until - when the call was disconnected. This is the most horrendous and inefficient " customer service '' I have ever known.
