My private student loan account has recently gone into collections and I 've been set up on automatic withdrawals with - of $100.00 each month. Recently I 've had double payments withdrawn from my account over the period of three months. I called and it took several weeks to get this issue resolved and I did receive a refund of $200.00 but now the issue has happened again. I spoke with - at Navient Customer Advocate who helped to resolve the issue and assured that the double payment was a glitch and would n't happened again. Well it happened again this morning and I really need this resolved because it 's definitely against the $100.00 agreement that I have with -. I need this resolved and a refund immediately of my $100.00. If you can help please do, Thanks.
