Discover Credit card department,
I made a rental car reservation online through. I was not going to be able to use the reservation. I called - to request a refund, they said my reservation was nonrefundable, non transferable, and no changes could be made. I called discover, my credit card company to dispute the charge. They called priceline on a - phone call, and the resolution was my reservation would be canceled and they would provided a refund. I did not received a refund and disputed the charges with my credit card company, discover. - canceled my reservation and did not provide a refund, and I was unable to use the reservation even if I wanted because it was canceled. It is my opinion priceline voided the contract/agreement by canceling my reservation and had a duty to refund my money. Discover said they would not refund my money even though I did not receive the services I paid for.
