I have tried contacting them 3 times in one day to discuss a payment plan that is affordable to me and I was put through to 4 different people the first time then, as I was supposed to be transferred to someone else, I was transferred to take a survey then hung up on. The second time I was transferred to a second person who hung up on me. The third time I called I had the most help, not sure who I spoke with, but they were still not able to get me the answers I needed. The guy I spoke with just told me to call back in one week. He gave me a reason but it did n't make sense to me. I 'm just looking for someone to help me lower my payments to something I can afford.
