Discover Credit card department,
I have attempted to contact Discover for over 3 months about an issue their website and the calculations of the current balance. Multiple times I have went to my activity and it computes my current balance with the following formula. Last Statement Balance - Payments and Credits + Transactions = Current Balance. However, many of the times when I review this information the math does not add up. Everyone of these times it has show that my current balance is more that it really can when you do the math. It makes it seem that Discover is simply taking this additional money and hoping that I do n't catch it. I have informed Discover of this multiple time over the course of 3 months. Every time I was told they were working on this issue but do not have an exact date as to when this problem with be fixed. Well, I have given them over 3 MONTHS to fix this issue and it still is not fixed. I feel that the company is not telling me the truth and actually are not working on the issue. This seems like a very unethical practice for a financial institution. How can a large company not resolve a simple IT issue?
