So I am told I owe - a month in interest. Last month I paid $600.00 I made zero progress to pay down. The payments I sent in take 2 even 3 weeks commonly to be processed. Every Friday I get paid and every Friday I put a money order out. They will not take debit online or on the phone and I will not give my banking routing numbers out online with them then having rights to put holds and auto billing in place. I send out money orders with other bills and every other bill clears in a few days, 3 weeks later Navient has still not yet processed the payment. Allowing the interest to build and build and build and so when I pay - in a month that has - a month in interest that end of the month I still am at - balance as I was at the start. How at 6.8 am I paying nearing double the interest for a month am I seeing no progress. Simple take 2 or 3 weeks to process a payment so the interest just grows faster and I never make progress forward as I shell out more to this bill a month to all bills but my rent at present which its approaching. I will never pay off the balance even at vastly more then the interest by how they are delaying processing the payments sent in!
