Navient on two separate occasions has capitalized my interest unnecessarily, by randomly redisclosing my loan terms, which causes the interest to capitalize. They are now charging interest on a higher balance, which is increasing the amount that I am paying back. No one at Navient is able to assist me when I called about the second instance which occurred in -/-/2016. The amount of interest was almost $1500.00. They redisclosed my loans by reducing the term by 1 month, which makes no senseThey have also refused to lower my variable interest rate which now stands at 11 % and wont put me back on the interest rate reduction plan that I was on last year. This is causing me to have trouble making my payments
