Hello, I made an agreement with Navient where I would make monthly payments of $250.00 a month. I was told by Navient that my interest would be reduced to .001 % and no interest would be accrued on the account as long as I make my monthly payments on time. I have made my payments on time since - 2015. I have bank statements and confirmations from Navient as proof. However, Navient is reporting to the Credit Bureaus that my account is delinquent and that I have not made any payments. This is not fair as I have worked very hard to uphold my part of the new payment terms.
