I make monthly payments on my student loans. The payments are made out of my mother 's account by auto debit each month. The payments come out of the account each month between the - and - of each month. I have never missed a payment yet the servicer Navient did not apply my -/-/- payment. I 've called the servicer Navient several times, talked to various customer service representatives, provided the bank records they requested to show we made the payment, and yet the servicer Navient has not applied the -/-/- payment and has failed to even follow-up with me to explain what happened or even whether they 're looking into the payment they did not apply. I 've had to repeatedly call them to remind them of this payment they did not apply and to prod them to resolve this issue.
