I 'm contacting you all again because I get the best and quick responses after doing so but here 's the conclusion to my last complaint. You are eligible for a reduced payment with Navient Recovery of $50.00 a month. After the third qualifying payment, your interest rate would be reduced to 0.001 percent for the remainder of the repayment of your loan, as long as your payments are made in a timely matter each month. You are welcome to call Navient Recovery directly at - to enroll in this program. Now during the confusion of the last situation I was told I could be re-entered back into the repayment program under the same interest rates. Now I 've been sent to a debt collection agency ( - ), who contacted me today. It was told to me that my loan


deal with this collection agency and I 've made successful payments with no mention of this. I talked to the collection agency ( - ) and they too were confused because I 've been making payments. Once again I feel like something is fishy again and I 'm going to be ignored or transferred several times.
