Have been trying to ask them for help with consolidating or remedying my debt with them and every time I am refused any help at all. I get very mean and loud agents who insist I pay the entire amount up front to keep from having more issues with Discover Card. Some threatening me with insulting ways of paying the debt or just being stringent on not helping find a way to get my debt settled with them. After receiving the information from Discover that I qualified for something when I called Discover they told me that information was false and I was making that up. The agents then refused to let me speak to anyone else regarding the matter and insisted I pay up from the $ - owed to Discover telling me they had no more plans to help people like me who were delinquent and - to pay off their debts.
