We have a fairly new lease on a new - vehicle managed by Chrysler Financial. There appears to be no way to make a payment to Chrysler Financial without having to pay a - - fee. When we learned of the fee for making an electronic payment on the Chrysler website, we decided to add them as a payee on our banking bill pay instead. This way the payment goes straight from our bank to them and we do n't need to use the - - interface web page or services.


It seems unfair to force consumers to pay an extra fee just to make our lease payment directly to Chrysler Financial. There appears to be no way to avoid this fee from a 3rd party even though we are not using their service. This fee was also NOT disclosed on our leasing documents or during the leasing process. if Chrysler decides to use a 3rd party to process their payments, that seems to be their cost of doing business NOT mine.
