Discover Credit card department,
As of - or as far back as - -, Discover card has been returning my phone payments to my banking institution [ - bank ] that I 've made in a timely manner. Not only is Discover charging me with late fees, they are including returned [ electronic ] check fees. - informed me that the problem is not with them. Altogether, the fees are totaling upwards of $290.00 with a current payment made today -/-/-. I also called Discover today to obtain my account number which they refused to do. I informed Discover that I needed the acct. number to pay my bill online through -. I 'm thwarted at making payments to Discover as far back as possibly - through -.
