Each month my auto payment is due on the -. The bank states I have ten days beyond this to make my payment before a fee is assessed. But the bank will make a fee assessment sometimes before the ten days. I will have the money in the account every month before the ten days. The bank goes in on the tenth day takes half the payment, charges a fee assessment and then takes the rest of the payment. If I have ten days then the fee should not be assessed until the eleventh day. When I contact the bank about reimbursing the fees they stare they can only reimburse - time as a courteously but no more and this means ever not just that month. I have emails where they have stated this.
