Morgan Stanley has consistently refused for months and months now to revise the forms. Eventually - withheld funds from our - tax refund to satisfy the improperly assessed liability. So Morgan Stanley has cost us $10000.00! And not to mention continuing frustration, time, energy, and more money in dealing with them.
