There was fraudulent activity on my account and I was told that I may just get my money back right away or I may get some paper work in the mail first. I said that was fine, well a week goes by and non paper work and no credit. I went to a branch and they told me in 7 business days id get a provisional credit to my account while they further the investigation. Well nothing still. No one has contacted me about anything and no mail. I call the bank today and the rep was rude, they got loud with me and told me that it may take up to 90 days for me to get my money back. This is unacceptable customer service. I am switching banks asap.
