PHH Mortgage - auto drafted an additional $300.00 over the cost of our mortgage payment and applied it to our principal interest monthly for 4 months, from - 2015 until we placed with our bank, a block on all debits from them in - 2015. PHH was faxed in writing the correct debit amount, called numerous times, notified that we no longer wanted Automatic Payment Drafting and continued to draft unauthorized funds and when notified applied them to principal interest of our mortgage without our consent.
