Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay

DriveTime Consumer loan department,

Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay Nevada

I have been a customer with Drive Time car company since -/-/2014. I have made my payment faithfully every two weeks. We just moved and are struggling to find a job but I have been taking my child support to pay the payments. In my lease as you will see it has a late payment clause for after 10 days late they will charge - ( see image ). My payment was 4 days late and they repo'ed my car, leaving me with a - price tag to get it back. When I called to ask about the lease agreement clause, they said 1 day late is late and they can repo my car. So what is the 10 days about then? I was advised that it should not be on my lease. No where in my lease does it say this is a ( 0 ) day grace period lease. I had made the payment ( I guess minus - dollars they later said I owed ) 4 hours before my car was towed, the lady on the phone said I did a payment on their website so they refused it and I needed to go to -! When she hung up my payment was returned. Three phone calls later and three different stories I guess that contradicting ( 10 ) day period is not available and you have 0 days. This is a contradiction of the lease agreement. I would of paid the - dollars had I known that it would of been the reason for my repo after only 4 days. I also had a friend go to Drive Time over a year ago for the - credit for my referral, NEVER got it! The way I look at it you made way more than - dollars off another sale because I pitched the sale for you.
