Discover Credit card department,
On -, I signed up for a double cashback promotion that Discover had offered to its existing cardmembers as well as new cardmembers. Yesterday, I chatted in to make sure it was still on my account. To my disbelief, the chat representative told me they did n't see anything about it on my account and that I had never called in to add the promotion to my account, which is false. I know for a fact I called in, but they oddly have no records of it. I chatted in a month or two ago to confirm ( but chat was a separate issue ) and they confirmed I 'd receive double cashback -/-/-. I called in today and was told the same as yesterday. All I want is the promotion I was promised months ago.
