I received the document 's later that afternoon. The document outstanding was for food stamps transactions. We provided them information of the account being an open status and that was insufficient. Homeowner is not computer literate and we struggled to get the statements as we could n't reset the password during our appointments because he did not have a smart phone we had to wait for his daughter to access his email after school.
