Discover had a debt collector calling and writing me. I engaged the services of a credit guy and he had me send a letter asking for legal validation. They sent the attached letter saying the statements copies they sent are validation. But as per the law, it was explained statements do not make up validation as per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
