Discover Credit card department,
I took an - online class. This company out of -. My first class was a - - course. I then signed up for the - course AND $590.00 for the class itself and make - orders for materials of $590.00 each for a total of $1700.00. This was on - -, 2015. But when I started the class I found out that I was in another - course. I contacted - by phone and was advised that it was no problem ''. I could take the course later and they would take care of it ''. Despite numerous calls, I did not get a refund I have also not received ANY material. I put a dispute in with Discover which they rejected, apparently because - told then I got the product or service I paid for. I DID NOT. We did not receive the class, a refund, nor the materials. I think contacted Discover and invoked the Dispute clause in the cardmember agreement. Their response was to again reject my Dispute without noting that we received no product nor service, further they reported me to the credit bureaus for making a dispute.
