I am writing to file a complaint about BB & T Bank. I recently received a Retail Statement of Credit Denial letter dated - -, 2015, from BB & T Bank. However, at no point did I ever fill out a credit application with them, nor did I ever give them my consent, implicit or explicit, nor was I ever contacted by BB & T for my consent prior to BB & T running a full fledged credit inquiry about me.
