Conventional fixed mortgage Credit decision / Underwriting New Jersey
In -/-/- I paid a Morgan Stanley mortgage. For some reason they did not update my CBR on time. They submitted a letter to me in -/-/- stating they made a mistake and it was corrected. However I am applying for a mortgage and a deragatory has appeared on my CBR and - - is deeming it an issue.Morgan Stanley claims they are trying but the mortgage department is no longer in tact and they do not know who can update my CBR. They have acknowledged the letter and their responsibility yet the issue is not resolved.
