Morgan Stanley Mortgage credit decision / underwriting July 14, 2015 - In -/-/- I paid a Morgan Stanley mortgage. For some reason they did not update my CBR on time. They submitted a letter to me in -/-/- stating they made a mistake and it was corrected. However I am applying for a mortgage and a deragatory has appeared on my CBR and - - is deeming it an issue.Morgan Stanley claims they are trying but the mortgage department is no longer in tact and they do not know who can update my CBR.
