I purchased cell phone charging cables from an on-line vendor. Within 3 weeks they all stopped working. I contact the vendor, via email, and they promptly told me to return them, they would test them and either send them back or replace them. So i did. After the cables were sent back I sent - separate emails telling the vendor that the cable were on they 're way and to let me know if there was any issues. I never got another reply from this vendor. I requested Discover Card to refund my money and have been denied several times. What ever happened to the Customer is always right ''? Discover has refused to entertain the fact the vendor is lying and had never intended to replace the cables.
