In a attempt to clean up my debit with discover I agreed to a - time payment for this monthly only of - and - a month starting next month the company took - this month causing overdraft fees and causing me to have to pay - per transactions that bounced. I never agreed to - this month. To make matters worse they refuse to fix the problem and the number they gave me to call for any problems is not available during the hours the rep told they were open. I spoke with a manager at discover - call center named - and he refused to help or transfer to the general manager and told the problem would not be fixed for days. meanwhile my account is still racking up charges..
