Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Wyoming
Drivetime account number - ... .has illegally reported on my - as the account is not mine. I contacted - and notified they are in direct violation of FCRA and legal action will be taken against them. - and Drivetime both have failed to provide proof the account belongs to me. I need to have CFPB notify both - and Drivetime about this and remove it from my credit file as - has failed to remove this account per law.
