SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE - RIDICULOUS ESCROW AMOUNTWe recently purchased a new home and used a loan officer. He basically went to several banks to see where we could get the best interest rate, etc. Ultimately the mortgage is with ShellPoint Mortgage. Since day one they are charging us a ridiculous amount for an escrow payment. We, my husband, myself and our loan officer called them -/-/2015 and requested an escrow analysis be done. It is now - -, 2015 and every time I call they tell me they will get it to their supervisor to process today. Never happens! I have called almost every week and get told the same thing. Please help.
