My servicer SETERUS approve me in - -, 2015 for a - months trial payments reducing my mortgage payments to $1300.00 it was supposed that my trial end on - -, 2015, and since then my mortgage will be permanent modified. Today - -, I still continue doing trial payments and anytime that I or my housing counselor contact SETERUS we received same answer that there is not news about final loan mod. Please help me.
