Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit Pennsylvania

Discover card placed this account with this law firm after my attempts to negotiate a long term payoff plan at lower interest failed. This was explained to this firm, however they just sued me in - court for this unsecured debt without notice. Never sent certified mail or anything to me!
