We used a VA loan and had to put $500.00 in an escrow account to tear down our shed and we were told by - that they 're company would cover the re-inspection fee after the removal. We closed on the home in - 2015 and just completed the work and got a refund check for $400.00 and it stated on the check there was a $100.00 fee for re inspection and I emailed - and she stated her company usually covers that but because we were given credits at closing they were not giving anything else out.
