They damaged my landscaping and did not install the fence per our specifications. They were paid 65 % of the estimate but refused to correct the issues for the remaining balance. Another contractor was hired and paid to fix the fence and the landscaping. The fencing company has now sent the balance to a collection agency who has reported this on my credit without any proof that the money is owed. I intermediately paid it when I received the bill ; paid -/-/15. The doctor 's office took and cleared the payment. Then they say they ca n't find the payment. I called to clear it up. They said to fax in proof of payment. I did that.
